I only raced one time...4 times down the track...improving my time each pass. I guess I am a rookie! I ran at Lebanon last year...I plan on going there one time this year & also plan on going to Englishtown for a Corvette challenge this year!

Post your best time!

Sorry . . . don't have a "best time for a 1/4 mile or anything like ! There isn't much drag racing over here in Germany. . Mostly "Round and Round" and Auto Cross.

However, I can give you my best top end speed for my 1999 C5, Coupe 6 Speed on the Autobahn . . . . 175 mph !

Dragstrip opened today for the season for a test and tune day, Edgewater near Cincy. Having sold my 69 GTX to a friend I followed him over in the C5 to help him get familar with the electronics and try to help him not kill himself first time out,9.80
car. I thought it might be fun to run time with the Corvette. The car feels weak to me.Ran one time run with these results.
RT 1.051 I'm old first time in 4 years I launched without a box
60 ft. 2.210
330 5.910
1/8 8.715
MPH 84.01
1000 11.116
1/4 13.201
MPH 111.08

Asleep at the wheel reaction time aside I was pleasantly surprised the car pulled as hard as it did, bone stock and stock geared. With no trailer to fool with[drive to and from track] the slow brackets might be just the thing to keep me active in my declining years, not fast but not slow either. All in all I was pleased.

I think your R/T was ok considering you havent been to the track in a while (assuming your car was a 6-spd on street tires) , I don't know how your track was prepped though. I think with DR's and your current MPH you could run lower 12's . In my 6-spd WS6 I run a 12.70 @114 with a 2.1 60' on streets, so you sound like your right in the neighborhood
