Cool Gran Turismo 4

All I can say about it is The graphics are good, but the physics are so life-like it'll blow you away. The only thing I found that I didn't like was how intrusive stability management and traction control are in the game. If you have a PS2 and like racing, I highly recommend you pick it up.

Oh, by the way, you can win an 1887 Mercedes Benz, with all of ZERO horsepower as well as many other classic cars.

Unfortunately, the C6 is not represented, and the Z06 is from 2001.

You can adjust the traction control and the active stability control or even turn them off. The game is awesome. Too bad the 69 vette is 70k credits on the game. I like the fact that they added nitrous and wings.

the 69 vette and SWC (63) have optional brakes and steering, just like the real ones

I've got to pick that up. GT has to be one of my favorite racing games for PS2. The last version I have is A-spec.

I heard you can import stuff from GT3, anyone know if this is true, I had an insane amount of money and every good car in that game, I'd be nice to start with something more than enough money to buy a Civic.

I found this on some review: Players with a save file from Gran Turismo 3 A-spec will be in luck, however, as GT4 gives you the option to transfer up to 100,000 credits to your GT4 career, as well as your A and B racing licenses.

So i still gotta do the hard licenses, but 100k is a good start to a fast car.

Ahhhh, the midgets......memories. 0-60 in 32 seconds.........drag races that woulda been faster if you got out and pushed. It is a great game, can't wait to get it.

If I recall correctly, isn't GT4 internet play capable? If it is, I'm not only picking up GT4 but a PS2 net interface too!!

Maybe we can get some Digital Corvettes head to head racing going!?!

Man, now you got me all excited thinking bout that. That is a great idea, Dan you need to get a ps2 so we can play that and all the other games against each other. I can see it now, 6 guys all driving corvettes on GT4, it would rock.
