Yup, that's it. And the picture does it no justice. It is black powder coated and then etched / engraved. It is a very nice piece. And the knobs glow led white from underneath when the lights are on.

Just a thought/question.....I ended up with a classic auto air. Their slim controller isn't very impressive, compared to the Vintage air controller. Caa's seems a good bit larger in comparison. I like the VA look better, sleeker, more subtle looking in my opinion. I'm wondering if I can use VA's to operate my caa? I doubt it, but has anyone ever tried?

Doing some research into this AC thing for my LS swap, I had similar thoughts as well. I stumbled upon these from Restomod Air. On another thread, a poster eluded to Restomod Air being a sister company to Classic Auto Air... I have no idea if this is the case.... but if it were indeed the case, I wonder if these controller units from Restomod would work with Caa's. I also have no clue on the controller dimensions from Restomod from the various other GM makes and years if they would fit(may not be a direct fit but maybe some fancy adapter plate could work).

Caa makes a similar controller for a c3. I liked the looks of their slimline controller but wasn't impressed with overall quality of it especially with the indicator lens and how it's designed to light up. When i received mine the black lens wasn't even centered up on the controller. I'll have to get a picture placed in the console area for size comparison to the va controller.

Today I have configured and uploaded new firmware to my printers. Along with the new firmware I have been trying out some new settings to make my machines print faster. So far I have reduced the time to print out a bezel from a little over 3 hours to 1.5hrs of print time and actually get better quality than I was before just because the new firmware is that awesome. Or the firmware I was running was just that old. Either way I am very impressed with my cartesian robots today.

Do these kits cause loss of use of the glove box?

Have you made any progress on 3D printing a new backing for the glove box? I'm ready to buy it man!
