Any body done it? Would appreciate any help/ advise you have ---please don't tell me to put another trans in it!

Well I figured it out! Still uses the C beam and I can use the G8 drive line! Well, half of it?,

Had to make a bracket so far I,m really happy with that way it's looking! I used the big end on the trans because it's the right width, ordered another C beam off Ebay and I will uses it to mate to the rear end.Have them welded together The G8 drive line is smaller so I can fish plate the weld for added support in side the C beam. Only question now is tunnel clearance, will post in a few days.

It's in!

Just finished moter mounts and C beam to rear end , fits perfectly! Having a fixture made that will eliminate the rubber yoke and new drive line with replaceable U joints.High Angle Driveline in Chico Ca. Is making both parts. G8 exhaust manifolds work with only small corner of fire wall removed. (Drivers side) NEXT, wiring harness. Fun stuff!
