Holy S##t, Snake eater, Lambo Stomping monster. Dodge boys beware. Ford can forget it at the SVT plant, the new stang better have at least the GT 40 powerplant . And this car will really fry things on the roadcourse.

article says high 60's...and it's a "bargain" at 75K. Article also syas that gm was aiming for base porsche prices.

Sorry gm...can't afford a porsche (I know sour grapes...but what the hell) and I won't be able to afford a new C6Z06 at that price.

I like the tech, the carbon fiber and the mag/alum, but for me they could have left that off and brought the price into the affordibility category for most of us.

Good Luck and have fun the 6500 customers that are going to buy one.

The only thing that bothers me about this article is, Dale Jr. does not drive a Ford Taurus... he drives a Chevy Monte Carlo. A four-door Monte was known as a Lumina. There is no four door V6 Monte Carlo. Only two-door 3.1, 3.4, 3.8 and supercharged 3.8 liter V6's... but I saw where he was coming from. But that article is definitely a cargasm. Too bad they didn't post the torque specs, I'm willing to bet it's huge.
