Roll Bar diagonal bar. SCCA/NASA Legal?

Need help. Is this diagonal bar legal for scca/nasa? I found a diagram that shows only a continuous diagonal bar is allowed. Please send me some feedback or links to help me know for sure.

Do you have a copy of the CGR? It might depend on which class you are going to be racing in. Sometimes you can "get away" with certain things by using the tubing size for the next higher class. For my safety, I think I'd want a continuous bar

Just a thought

RACING...Because with baseball, football, basketball, tennis, and golf, you only need one ball

I used to think that I had learned patience as I got older. Then I realized that I just didn't give a shit
