'04 too loud!!!

Hello all,

Been a while since I've been on here, but I am looking for some suggestions. Perhaps someone can speak from experience.

My first mod to my vette was a Corsa Xtreme catback with x-pipe. It sounded incredible on the otherwise stock C5. But since I have added Kooks long tubes, hi-flow cats, and a cam, my car is ridiculously loud. Like louder than a harley davidson loud. Sometimes thats fun, but most of the time its just too much. I especially hate driving through my neighborhood. I cannot drive the vette to work either, because I leave the house too early and would no doubt wake a lot of people up.

I still have my stock catback, but don't think it'd be worth the trouble of trying to make it fit back on the car with the aftermarket x-pipe. I could switch to a Corsa touring catback, but I am trying to avoid shelling out $1000 or more to quiet down my car.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I would get it on a lift and look. Most aftermarket X pipes are made to fit with a stock exhaust. Yours should

RACING...Because with baseball, football, basketball, tennis, and golf, you only need one ball

I used to think that I had learned patience as I got older. Then I realized that I just didn't give a shit
