1974 Chevrolet Corvette (Green)
The interior was a mess. It also became apparent the last owner lived inside of an ashtray. I ended up completely gutting the interior, scrubbing down everything I could reach. This also entailed removing ALL the ductwork and cleaning internally, then acid washing both the evaporator and the heater core. After that, I borrowed a commercial Ozone generator and let it run for about a week closed up inside the Vette. This gets to all those places smoke can reach but you can't.
When I first seen the car, the first thing that caught my eye was the Z-28 Camaro stripes, I also noted it had some goofy looking "bubble" tail light lenses. From what I gather, it looks like someone replaced the rear clip with one that had a molded in rear spoiler. I'm going to leave the rear clip and swap out the tail light lenses for those from a 73
