BONZO'S OFFICIAL C5 ECONONOMY WORK-MOBILE
Being a Union Ironworker for 32 years now and a part time drummer for over 40 years, the Economic Crisis has effected me and my family in a big way - as well as most of the people I've known and worked with for quite a while...
But it never fails that when I come driving up to work or...?? in my '99 Corvette - I'll get TWO kinds of looks... One that says:
Hey! Nice ride, brother!! ...and... How can he afford to drive that?!
As I park in between all of their Lifted F250's and New SUV's, I love the look on their faces when I tell them:
This old thing?! It's just my econo-box work-mobile... I picked it up on eBay for $13,500.00 with 48,000 miles on it, full coverage insurance only costs me $750.00 a year on it and when I passed you on my way here doing 100 mph +/-... I was getting about 26-28 mpg!! Sure sounds like an economy car to me!! But it kicks ass on any Toyota or Hyunaii out there!! Soooo... What kind of milage does your F350 Club Cab get...?? 5... 6...?? Maybe?! hahahahaha...
