The passenger side headlight rotates like it should, but when it closes it wants to keep going, the motor just keeps running, i have to disconnect my batt because it just keeps working, the driver side headlight is fixed in the up or on position, but does not rotate when called for. Any ideas? also, there appears to be a barbed tube that looks like vacuum lines should be hooked there on the headlight motors, there is no lines hooked up to them.

The gear inside the housing is stripped. It's an easy fix and pretty cheap too.

barbed tubes are just condensation drain lines. If you buy the replacement gears for the motors most of them should come with basic instructions for changing them. pretty straight forward R&R.

If one light doesnt sound like the motor works at all it could also be a relay.
