Right hand drives are legal, at least in Florida. A few of the guys at our local car show have mini coopers, and they are all right hand drive.

Yes it's legal
I've driven a few RHD cars..... It takes some getting used to

how do you shift ? left handed I guess. Drove a right hand car in Ireland last year and it took some getting used to, and on the wrong side of the road,and those goofy round-a-bouts
