They are a bunch Hippocrates in Sacramento ,
As long as I pass the Emissions Test its none of their business what I have under the hood,
What they need to focus on is " How they Bankrupted the State of California,
Also they aren't very Green like they claim to be,
You cant even buy E85 hardly in Los Angeles
And thats a Fuel that burns Cleaner than Gas and it is made Domestically,
That means the Cash doesn't go over to the middle east to fund some Terrorist group
