2005 C6 w/A4 auto already have 3.90 gears, my thoughts already had the maggie mp112 on other vehicles and love the instant boost! realize I might have to go down to 3.42 gears, not a problem...

Or I could go centtrifugal Pro D1S and keep the gears & no need for a new hood thoughts on both please? thank you, price isn't a consideration, just narrowed it down to these 2 from past experiences, also not really daily driver maybe 3-4 days a week, I drive her hard too! thanks for replys:thumbsup: don't really want or think I need more than 500-600 rwhp stock bottom enf limit.

Go for the Procharger. You should get 560-600hp @ 7psi. Going over will blow the motor.

It's a toss up, I've heard nothing but great things from the Maggie and the Procharger, seems to me like there are more people with the Procharger on this site and around my part of town.. don't have to replace hood and you can get 600rwhp on 6lbs of boost.

Maggie has more low end torque and Procharger has more high end power

You can go wrong with either one! If I were buying a supercharger I would get the Procharger, don't need a hood and dont have to paint it etc. Just my $.02

that thing must be a beast with the 390,s. with a sc wow. where did ya get your gears ?whole assembly?
It's a neck snapper! Torque difference over stock gears is flat out amazing, really wakes the Vette up, but I've had Superchargers on lots of past vehicles & always crave more! there's a place in OC, Calif, Unitrax Drivetrain, Inc. 800-622-4327 they can re-work your exisiting gears to anything you dersire (2.56 2.73 3.15 3.42 3.73 3.90 4.10), same housing quick turn around, installed at OCC Orange County Corvettes, very reasonable over new assembly..

Trust me don't go over 3.90 on the A4 auto, 4.10 are for M6 C6:thumbsup:

Thanks for all the replys gents:thumbsup:

I'm going against the tide here and saying, if it were me, it would be a Maggie. I'm now working on Phase 3 on mine and am switching over from the PC camp. Both are fine set ups, but at this time I think the Maggie will suit my driving needs better.

In 25 words or less....if you will spend the majority of your time above 4000rpm = Procharger, under 4000 rpm = Maggie.

For the RPMs, what they said about procharger. But the look of the polished Maggie with a MCM Carbon Fiber hood cannot be beat my friend! Look at Dave Hayashi's C5 Z06 sometime!

Links? Yes I've had (Mercedes, trucks w/Maggie) and seen the polished Maggie on other vehicles, frickin' awesome intimidating look, sound! I plan something new to accent my blk on blk C6 w/Maggie, Powder coat gloss black!
