AFR 195 & Headers

Anyone had any trouble with the raised exhaust port & header fitment on AFR 195 Eliminators? Not the angle vs. straight plug question. Particularly 1 5/8 vs 1 3/4 or specific brand issues. I don't mind re-drilling the mounting holes if that's it.
