Heavier?, I have heard Yes

Exact?, As far as I have seen YES
I'm thinking of getting additional rears to not wear out the drag radials. I'll keep an eye on e-bay for an AFS wheel deal.....

Let me know if you see anything.....

I was interested in purchasing a set of 11's for the rear of my car from AFS (I already have a full set of 9.5's which I purchased from them) . They'll give you a MUCH better deal if you order the wheel/tire packages than a "half" set.

They wanted about $1600 for the full package and about a grand for just the 11's (with tires) F.Y.I.

By the way, what do you think of putting the black G/S wheels on a dark metallic red car? I'd probably add the flares, too.

Aftermarket Wheels

The aftermarket wheels are heavier. You should be able to find a set of used "A" molds. When I changed my tires recently I couldn't believe how light the rims were.
