I am installing new tires on my 2000 coupe. They are non run-flats. Do I remove the air pressure sensors? If I do will it give me a false reading on my dash? Thanks for any help.

If you are just changing tires and not wheels, there should not be an issue. The TPS are part of the valve stem. At worst, you may have to re-program them for correct positioning if the tire store doesn't mark each from it's original location.
