It's a small block coupe. Started with an all original 350hp/4spd car that sat 20 years and needed a total resto. It had a pretty scaly frame, so I located a nice clean one (blasted and powder coated) over in Cali for the build-up. I'm sticking with the original motor (just rebuilt) but went with a keisler 5 spd. The entire chassis is pretty much done now, and I went with a glass rear spring, super struts and Koni shocks. The trailing are rebuilt (sent them out) as well. Up front I installed a steeroids rack, new springs, sway bar, powder coated A-arms, poly bushings, etc.. Brakes redone at all 4 corners. Ran stainless fuel and brake lines. Lot's left to do but I'm making progress.

Here's a few pics:

I'm pretty close to dropping the body back on the frame. Shoot me a PM on Friday and maybe we can find a time to get together. I'm off on vacation for another couple days. I've been splitting time between this and my '38 Dodge coupe.

Man, Ive been sick as a dog so I haven't been able to do a thing.... I'm just now getting back to work.....

I'll PM ya'.

Are you going to Barrett Jackson this year? Some of the ACE peeps will be there Saturday. Keep an eye open for the Arizona Corvette Enthusiasts shirts.....

AM
I just shot you back a PM. I've almost got the body ready to drop back on the frame, and it would be a great time for a pizza/beer event in my garage. I have a hoist rigged up (attached in the attic) so no heavy lifting. 1st or second weekend in March sounds about right - I have to finalize some prep work and make sure I have all my parts. I'm near Germann and Alma school in Chandler, real close to the Santan Fwy.

My son (17) and I will likely make a run to BJ - either Friday afternoon or Saturday. I know a few guys from here and CF are making an appearance. I'll look for you guys!!!
