Hey I was wondering how paddle shifters handle, my boyfriend said they weren't for Vettes, but I don't know, because I heard somebody else talking about them. Some help?

I belive GM posted that the A6 in paddle mode shifts at .04 seconds....much faster than a human can shift a manual. Manuals seem faster due to the fact the driver is more involved and don't notice the time it takes to go from gear to gear. Clutch engagement,gear selection,and gear engagement with a top notch driver is about .12 seconds. If the A6 stock is too soft for you, try getting the new tune thats out for it...you'll still notice a little "lag", but your head will be buried in the headrest during it.....
