I have a 2002 ZO6. The HVAC works but, when turned on the fan blows out of all vents no matter what mode its in. Even in AUTO it won't change modes.
The air is nice and cold, compressor is working. Also, after 30 minutes or so the fan seems to slow down and doesn't blow as hard. No codes have come up on the dash and nothing on my hand held code reader. Thanks for any help.

Have you tried recalibrating the actuators?

Turn OFF the ignition.
Remove the battery positive voltage circuit fuse of the HVAC Control Module. The module memory will not clear if the battery positive voltage circuit fuse is installed in less than 60 seconds.
Wait 60 seconds.
Install the fuse.
