I have finally pick my 1st mod a ATI d-1 Supercharge but what do i need to do before i install it? my car is a stock 88
Just make a list what i need and why and 4 how much and where to get it

I would make sure your motor is in excellent running condition. Any problems you have now with your drivetrain will be exagerated by the blower. If you have high miles, I'd have a great mechanic go over your motor and do a compression check, etc.

I would do what Patrick has listed.

As far as the install, it should be pretty straight forward. Just take your time to ensure everything goes together smoothly.

One thing that is a MUST!!! You will need a custom computer chip, do not skimp on this. And if the kit comes with one, I would recommend taking that to someone to use as a starting point. To get the most performance out of it, you will need to tune it which includes a custom computer tuning.
