I'm looking to start a complete resto on a 1986 C4 and am going to weld up a roll-around holding frame complete with locking casters. I have all the material and have drawn up my plans but I just don't know if I should use the body lift points or perhaps use some of the existing holes in the frame. Does anyone know where/what GM attached to on the C4's during assembly? I don't want the frame in a bind in any way during dis-assembly/re-assembly.

Thanks!

Mods: I think I put this under the wrong section by accident... please move if necessary!

If i were doing it i would just use the factory side jacking points, where the arrows are.The rocker panels arent difficult to remove.I took mine off 1 year to clean up & check the frame rails. i would also keep the targa top bolted on.
