EH, no pain no gain.....so to speak....ask TT, he just gotta know....

I looking at your intake/valvecover plumbing there, and can't figger :WTF is going on, other than neither valve cover need a wire breather element, and instead you put in a sealing oil filler cap, as per stockish...and then get a breather hose up to the air cleaner assy.....the other cover gets a PCV valve...and it's going directly to engine manifold vacuum....base of carb, or to manifold input below...max all the time vac....typical 3/8 hose and fittings to get er done....

methinks your oiling problem comes from that mistake...too much crankcase pressures..and troubles venting, forcing out oil anywhere it can.....makes a mess outta the valve covers....

doing 1/4 mile at a time, + return road is not toooooo bad...street driving 60+ mph....IS.....

I have NEVER had an engine without PCV that did NOT toss oil all over hell, blowby is a bitch....amazing to me how much there is.....
