Are there any manufacturers that are selling C6 Z06 rims in black chrome now that radical wheels went out of business?

Damn, there's a market now for these and no one has them.
Our vendors such as Corvette Garage, WCC ... heck just about everyone should be able to get you black chrome wheels.

Or, get whatever wheels you want and have them black chromed, it's actually a powdercoating process that has nothing to do with chrome plating.

It's a silver metallic base coat, then a translucent black top coat.
This what you want?

The aftermarket wheels are heavier, 2lbs per wheel. I am looking for the stock Z06 wheels in black chrome. I have talked to a few of the vendors and they are not selling them anymore, because of issues with the plating process, the problem is that each of the wheels very slightlu in color.

I think i am going to send my wheels off to:

(EDIT: No links to non-supporting vendors.)

There are a lot of issues PERIOD with oem style reproduction wheels right now. Most are 2-4 lbs heavier (which isn't that bad), but most need a lot of wheel weights to balance. Quality has really slipped, and supply is just all over the place. Hit or miss.
there was someone selling a very nice set of black chrome zo6 wheels on ebay a little while back in an 18/19 package that looked very nice. i think for $1100
including all accessories

Actually that's not true -

There are three ways to have what some have named "black chrome"

there is the powdercoated method you stated

There there is the ACTUAL chrome process (chemical reactions create the black chrome look http://www.calchrome.com/service_smokemetal.php

Last, and the one I went with - is a company in Ohio that Bob from Houseofwheels.com uses coats their wheels with a special coating
