IF you built a crate from wood around it and padded it, then covered it with cardboard you could ship it..

That is what I did to an 89 Dash pad I sold

The shipping charges with insurance would be over $100.
25% of the purchase price for shipping seems crazy, plus I just dont have the time to "Build" a crate.
