If something like this has been posted and answered, I searched, but couldn't find it, so here it is:

YEAR: 1994

PROBLEM: Brake pedal goes to the floor when freeway driving. There are no issues when city driving. Basically, after driving on the freeway, when you apply the brakes, the pedal goes to the floor. Lift and reapply, problem solved. Makes for an interesting moment when you forget about it and don't "pre-pump."

Everything has been replaced (pads, rotors, mas cyl), but the problem still exists. We're looking at wheel bearings next.

Thoughts? Thanks!

First thing I was going to suggest was the master cylinder but it seems you've replaced that already, maybe there is a leak somewhere or something is bent. It sounds like you're having to rebuild pressure by pumping the brake and highway driving without using the brake much makes sense for a small leak. Have you bled the brakes?

Sounds more like you've got a leaking power booster. It's pretty easy to swap out and you can normally find one at autozone for under $100. Basically you remove the brake master cylinder from it (leaving brake lines attached) remove the two nuts retaining it by the brake pedal and swap it out. It's much easier if you remove the driver's seat though unless you're really flexible.
