OK assuming that you have thetrim plate removed then look at each side of the steering column at the bottom of the cluster and there are two 7 mm bolts that you need to remove they are kinda tough to get to so use a socket and screwdriver type of deal unstead of rachet. On the top side you will find two more just like them. Take those out and carefully remove the cluster. There will then be two wiring harnesses that are plugged into the cluster on the side unclip them and you are all done.
