I saw a thread a while back talking about how much stuff you can fit in the back of a C5 vert. Anyone ever see how much fits in a C6 coupe? :huh:

I won't fit back there :crazy:
I quit smoking 1 year ago this month and I put on 20 f'n pounds :thud:
I think I'll start again to lose that damn weight :laughing:

We had two suitcases, 2 folding lawn chairs, CB radio antenna, backpack and several plastic tote boxes full of electronics in the DC C6.
The C6 hatch is really wide, and taller than it appears.

i stuffed one of the comparments with towels, the other with detail supplies. i had 2 foling chairs, a duster, my camera mount, and still room for the roof, i was impressed.

ive sit in the cargo area to clean my rear glass and im about 170lbs with no issues, the towels ~ 5 lbs, ~10 cleaning stuff. each chair is 10 lbs so 35-40lbs, less that a set of golf clubs

Last August my son and I flew back to Nashville for our NCM delivery. We rented a Monte Carlo at the airport and filled the trunk. I mean we filled the trunk. We brought about 70 CDs, a Laptop (for my work), still and vid cameras, some clothes for the trip - including a Vegas show, and some aftermarket goodies (radar detector, t-shirt bra, body color door handles, etc), and tools to install the stuff in the NCM parking lot before we started the drive home.
We really brought way too much stuff. Anyway when I saw the crammed MC trunk, I started thinking about what we could throw away before starting home. As part of the NCM delivery, you also get a discount at the Corvette store. We had to take advantage of that discount!!! More stuff. After loading all the "stuff" into the vette - a duffle, two suitcases, computer bag plus NCM purchases, I still saw carpet. We stopped at the next Walmart and bought a very small cooler, ice, soft drinks and still had room - but I was finished filling it.
I continue to be amazed at the utility of our icon.
