I did a search but couldn't find anything definitive. I know the caliper mount bolt thread sizes are 7/16-20 but I mixed up the bolts when I restored them. Are these bolts supposed to be full thread or do they have a shoulder on them? Is there a difference in length between the front and rear bolts?

They should have a shoulder. Same bolt as used on the 1/2 flanges. I think they were 1.250" long. You have to be sure though and make sure they don't hit the rotor and lock it up.

I am hoping to purchase brake calipers for a casing. I have peruse and comprehend the estimations required for brake reach however pondered whether the mounting jolts are an institutionalized measurement and length or if this shifts and if so can be changed out? Back brake connect width = 35mm Front/Fork crown brake connect width = 42mm Brake reach = 45mm I mock fitted some Shimano 105 (1050 arrangement) to the edge whose scope was simply satisfactory yet the mounting jolts were excessively short.
