Just exactly how would you prepare these? And why? Smoke slowly, boil then smoke, wet smoke, dry smoke rub? Dunno but they are for sale and not photoshopped.
I noticed the word boneless and was really worried about that. Then I saw that they're "inverted". Is that an upside down or inside-out asshole? Really confusing.I heard that the bone-in pork rectums are a lot cheaper. Just not sure what bone, exactly, that is.
