I installed the USA Spec interface just like instructions said. Sound is great- and easy install. I names my 5 playlists GM1-Name; GM2-Name, etc.....

I don't get the playlist icons on the nav screen for the correct "XM" channel that is now ipod....

Someone who has this working in their C6, please respond.

I don't think you will with just the interface. Try changing your functions like mine has Nav/Dvd/tuner/ipod/mp3 etc.

Can you give a little more detail....Are there setups in the Nav to make it come up?

I'm not sure but with the interface you should go to your CD function and the ipod playlists should show. See I have have an aftermarket head unit and I use the function key to scroll to the component I want to use. I had the interface on my truck and I used the cd function to show the playlists. Now of course the nav will not show while in the CD screen.
