My friend's dad has a 2006 corvette and was thinking about buying sheets of carbon fiber and having a custom shop cut them to put on his dash and other parts of the interior including the steering wheel. Here's the website that he is buying the sheets from. What do you guys think? Does anybody have any other ideas. He didn't want to buy the trim kits he's seen on the internet because they don't cover all of the silver parts of the interior and they didn't have an option to cover part of the steering wheel in carbon fiber. Any helpful advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
here's the website.

carbon fiber is cool

i use similar carbon fiber sheets for projects, the only problem is that the ones that have adhesive backing are not thin enough to bend around complex curves. i used one of those internet dash kits on my C6 and love it,
the silver carbon fiber matches the silver console nicely. you would be surpised how classy it looks.
