When I last visited there were a lot of little caves, tunnels really, that weren't very big. Our Marine explorers were the runts of the litters. They explored quite a few of these "caves" but they weren't very eco-friendly. In some cases they tried to make them a little bigger by using explosives. This was quite to the dismay of the little people that inhabiteded them. Of course, that was in 1966-69. I guess a lot has changed since then but not enough for me to want to see their new caves.

I see they made them bigger this time. That would create a challenge trying to figure how much c-4 to seal it off and keep them forever in the dark.

You are about 36 years late on this story. We came back from the Viet Nam caves in 73-74...

We are exploring the caves in Afghanistan now, get with the time...

I never saw those caves when I was in country. Lots of paddies and jungle, but
no caves. And lots of "33" beer.....

Just imagine the entirely new ecosystem in there. There are wonders to be had. So much to learn.
