I bought a small Sample of CF look material to try out. Found a piece from my parts with nice curves to try.

I did not do so well on one side, but is was 40 deg in the garage and the heat gun was too hot ( hair dryer would be better I think)

anyway the stuff works nice, I might use this on a project I have in mind

just thought I would share a couple pictures

I have looked at that before. Glad you bought some. It looks much better than the high gloss cleared or what ever they do.
