Clear coat has oxidized

The paint is dead, and you could have some good luck having it buffed out - I've brought many red and maroon cars back from the dead.
Do to the severity of the oxidation, I would take it to a good auto-detailer and have them hit it with the high-speed buffer with some 3M products. I bet they could do wonders!
