What do you feel about the growing trend of traction control, stability management and other electronic means to assist the driver with handling their Corvette?

I'm old school. I want to drive the car... not let a computer drive it for me.

I'm glad on my GS all I have to do is hit the ASR OFF ... then it becomes a pure raw driving machine. No help from anything.

Interesting topic.

If it is raining (yes, it is driven in the rain) I leave the traction control on. If the roads are dry the DIC stays in "competitive mode"

I want to be in control my my car...not the electronics. All of the stability controls are a good things I'm sure they have saved many from wrapping their "babies" around something (Remember all of the Viper accidents?) As long as I can turn the stability programs off they're fine with me.
