I wish I had the dough for a motor build. When I do, I want to yank the LT4 and shrink-wrap it. Then build another motor.

no thanks
Id add this fuel injection converted to EFI to this engine

http://www.gmpartsdepot.com/store/product1.asp?SID=8&Product_ID=1815

and easily have over 750hp/750 tq and still cost about $3000 less, yes Ill need to buy alot of race 112 octane gas but $3000 saved and more than 250 extra hp makes it a more impressive deal

don,t forget with EITHER engine youll need a NEW TRANS,ROLL CAGE,REAR SUSPENSION, so that $3000 saved will come in handy

KINSLER INJECTION
sells and modifys the intakes Ive also seen them on EBAY
there are several models available, used systems normally go for between $500-$1500 efi conversion will cost between about $600-$1000 if you do the work, double or triple that if you send it out

I had this model of constant flow mechanical injection on my 496 bbc corvette, it was converted BY MYSELF to EFI several years later

cost varies wildly from new to used depends on condition, and model
CROWER CAMS MADE MANY UNITS
