This is the final design plan for a custom bass i'm building. Body is based on the ESP Viper seires and Gibson EB-0. Headstock is my design. Here she is:

Ash body painted flat black
Ebony fretboard with white pearl star at the 12th fret
Jazz bass (1.5 inches at the nut) neck
EMG P/J active pickups (2 volumes, 1 tone)
Black Hipshot bridge

Are you going to craft it yourself?

Looks good just need to put 1 more string on it ;)
Hehe. Since Riverside plays in drop C I should but I'm digging my poor man 5 string set-up on my P-bass too much to go to a full 5. I have a DR 5 string set on my P-bass (jazz neck) just without the top G string. I had to file the nut, adjust the torsion rod, and reset the bridge of course.

I'm going to do as much as my time and skill let me. My good friend and legendary luthier Chip Todd (the "T" in Peavy's T-60 guitar stands for "Todd) lives in Ceder Park, Texas (just outside of Austin) and he will be doing most of the crafting of the wood. My dad will also be helping out since he just got done making his own custom bass as well.

That's exactly what she is. It's really a more "devilish" version of the SG. However, the bass version of an SG is called an EB-0 or EB-3.
