Looking for some advice here. Last weekend my 2019 Grand Sport's, with 2600 miles, information cluster lit up with a stability yellow light and then a check engine light. A message came up Service Stabilitrak / Service Rear Axle. The engine was running rough and at highway speed and developed a severe vibration in the chassis. I dropped the car off at my local Chevrolet Dealership. As of yet they haven't been unable to identify the problem. I'll give them another week but I guess my question is if they can't get it fixed what are my options?

Don't know about the dealer you took it to, I would find a dealer that sells many Corvettes and inquire about their best Corvette tech. May have to endure some distance to solve your problem. Sorry, not much help.

Sometimes you have to be forceful. I know one time (I won't go into details) I told the service guy flat out that I did not want the car back until it was fixed.

A possible third option: I believe there is a 1-800 customer hotline towards the back of the owners manual to address these types of issues.

These cars are complicated, but they are also expensive. Owners of them should not have to tolerate a "We don't know" response to a legitimate issue.

I try not to use dealerships. Luckily I found a C5 specialist and C6’s are close enough in systems that he’s been able to solve any issues I’ve had. Really trust the guy so far.

Sorry my head up my you know where. This is a warranty issue and bound to the dealer for repair. Like they said look around and find a dealership who sales corvettes in volume. They would be more likely to have tech’s experienced with the car may even seen this issue before and know how to fix it.
