Auto Trans fluid is either Pinkish (GM Fill) or Red (Aftermarket Fill) if it is burnt i tis Brown and has a nasty smell..

But Yellow?? hmm never seen Yellow Trans fluid, but that does not mean that there is not Yellow Trans fluid out there..

Also the GM Transmision uses Dextron II Or Dextron III I believe
