Ill do some checking, there are companies that do it...but be prepared for prices that equal major body parts.

Do you have a good machinist near you?

One friend of mine has an 80 with a nasty bigblock, he got a junkyard 9in, then had the ends lopped off, and the case modified to go up into the rear supension. Not cheap, not quick. Took about 3 weeks to get it up in there the right way.

Before tackling that, somebody needs to know what they are doing, but a good fabricator should be able to pull it off. It'll be bucks though.

Check around for guys that have Cobra kit cars, they will know someone, because a lot of those kits use a jag multi-link with a 9in center.

Strange makes the rearends for top-fuelers, (and every other type of drag racer....check them out as well. They can fab one up for you. (or suggest a good way to go)

Ill try to get you some #'s

It's not a big deal if you can fabricate yourself. Keep it straight with a four link and hang it off some coil overs. Look for one with 31 spline axle, they are bigger and tougher. The street rod community can supply the parts you'll need for the four link
