when you pull the plugs--
Is it always the same cylinder?
What is the plug's condition?

...are you sure the plugs are staying tight, mine was doing that
until I realized the guy who changed the plugs did not
completely tighten them down...never happened again...

the plugs look saturated and black, and so far middle plugs on opposite sides.

I'd check for tightness as indicated, plus look at your cap, rotor and wires-- any/all could be the culprit. Loose cap, rotor even arcing at the plugs are some things.

Do you have any codes? How are the vacuum lines to the PCV valves? Check the hose ends closest to the manifold and see if there is any sign of oil.
