Hey Gearheads...
Has anyone found a more aggressive looking front splitter...
similar to the C6R?
I have seen pictures of one on a C6 Z06 but have no idea
where it came from.
The tuner Geiger has one on their custom black Z06...
I emailed them, but no reponse.
Thanks!

MTI Racing has a nice carbon fiber splitter.

Geiger doesn't answer email. He will correspond via fax and phone. The price for the front is about 1550 euro and 600 euro to ship.

Yes man. I love how it looks KILLER!! but the clearence......
Allright ...
Well, let me say that I agree with you about the clearance, to a certain extent. It is pretty low indeed, so you have to be careful when approaching speedbumps.
BUT ... you also mentioned that the 'QUALITY' was '****'! And I completely disagree with you on that point!

The Geiger splitter was the same depth all the way across.
No center gap for license plate.
Looked very similar to the MTI Racing version...
But not carbon fiber.

If you look carefully to the pics, the Geiger spoiler has a center gap for that purpose, as opposed to MTI's. Actually it was the main reason for me to buy the Geiger spoiler, because a front license plate (even much larger than the one you see on my car, mine is not completely legal) is mandatory in The Netherlands, and otherwise it would have been mounted on top of the grille, which would have disturbed the beautiful lines of the Vette too much.

I also looked at the quality of MTI's spoiler (from the pics posted in one of the other threads) and I can only say that it looks far inferior to Geiger's ...

Like I said in the other thread, I think that one was an anomaly. Companies like Katech(who makes engines for the C6R and GXP-R) would not sell them if they were poor quality.
