I have at least one leaking injector on my 88 Vette. I have a chance to get 8 NOS injectors, number 5235211, at a good price. All the research I've done on the Internet indicates that these are for an 86 Vette and that the 87-88 Vette used 5235302. The flow rates are listed as the same (21.6 lbs/hr) at 43 PSI fuel pressure. The 5235211 has a plastic tip and the 5235302 has an aluminum tip. Both are listed as high impedence. I think the 5235302 injector replaced the 5235211 and was used in older Vettes as a replacement for failed injectors. Does anyone know of any reason I couldn't use the 5235211 in my 88? Thanks in advance.
