Has anybody ever removed the gas door on a c5? I have a 2000 coupe, and I took the inside screw out and the two outside screws out but it does not seem to want to come out, any help?

I actually have never taken it out before.Maybe someone will chime in.

In searching for the fuel pump wiring I had to remove the dirver's side inner fender well. It's easy with the wheel removed. Approx. six or seven sheet metal screws and some fidgeting around and you have great acces. I think you may need to do this to see better what you are dealing with. Watch out for the door latch cable bracket, it has a plastic retainer which is delacate.:thumbsup:
