Jeff, you can park it in my garage for awhile-:D I am sure I can manage to take care of it- and I promise I won't steal any parts off of it.

Do you already have it? If I can manage to get my act together and get over there to see it (and do my AC- yeah I know)

Congrats Jeff! The 90 Z is the Vette I'd want if I had to get rid of mine (or a early shark). I can't wait to see pics and the transformation

:thud: :thud: Too cool man. I love ZR-1's Look forward to pics when you get it. Now we all need to start a pot on when you either redo the exhaust for the first time or how long it takes to to do the stereo system till your happy with it.

If the guy who looked at my vette this week does not call, I am going remove the current system and put another one in, then drop this current system in the Z.

I have enopught pieces to ptu a system together in the 89 without really havign to buy anything, except a radio mounting plate

I say the exhaust in 1 month after it gets home and He'll never be happy with the stereo system

Well, unless I have the parts, no mods until I sell the 89, Although I have some parts to off load as well, when those are sold, that will be mod money.. LOL

Plan of attack after I have the car:
-Starter
-Gut and clean the interior
-Rear Tires
-Stereo (after I pull it out of the 89)
-Exhaust (Need to sell some parts first)
-Hurst Shifter, Stock one just SUCKS
-Weatherstripping

Hate to see the 89 go, but this ZR1 is going to rule.

What kind of shape are the interior and paint in? Being a black car, swirl marks in the paint may be an issue, but hopefully a polish will do if needed.

Congratulations on your purchase you're gonna love it, what an amazing car. Your also correct w/ regards to 90's w/ manual a/c we're a very limited production. Here's a picture of mine, same year and color combination #950. Have fun and enjoy the car.
