Well, my C6 drama continues to unfold. As you might remember, my car was brought back into the shop a few weeks ago for the 114th time. This time was for a leaking power steering cooler and the haunted power seat that moved on its own. Well, they fixed the power steering cooler and then moved onto the seat. They replaced the switch. Seat still moves on its own. The decided that they were going to then have to remove the seat and replace the rack/ motor assembly. Anyhoo, as they are removing the seat, they drop it and take a chunk out of my door sill rocker panel. :nuts: The car now goes to the body shop where it gets repaired/ painted. The car comes back to the shop and they replace the seat with the assembly. Seat still moves on its own. The next step is to replace the control module. The control module is replaced and this seems to fix the problem!!!! The seat no longer moves on its own!!! I arrived at the dealer to pick my car up. The rocker panel looks great. The seat seems to be working well. But, wait.....my steering telescopic function isn't working now. :huh: I get out and hand the service writer my keys back and climb back into the loaner vehicle..........

Exact reasons why I can't stand GM service. They are incompetent as hell for the most part and dick you stuff up in the process.

Great Gm Service ?
MY problem is getting them to take my problem car in to get fixed. I wrote in a couple of weeks ago about my wipers. They work only when its not raining. Well took it into the dealer to show him my ash tray door in the open position where it stays. I showed him the broken latch piece he was impressed with my trouble shooting an finding the cause, I'm the only one he ever met with a broken ash tray door. YEA YOURE RIGHT MAC Now to the wind shield wipers, says he bring it back when its raining how can anyone tell me to drive in the rain. Well it was working when I left the dealer you know it was raining when I got home thank God for rain X. Sorry for stealing your thread but I'm worn out with these people my 4th Vette and the only that had any problems at all I was lucky.:WTF
