[CE-LT4]

Got a case of Spring Fever a few weeks ago, and decided to swap my 1991 Vert (Auto L98) for a like-new 1996 Collector Edition Convertible LT4. I'm enjoying the extra hp, and going thru the gears again. It's been a little too cold for any top-down driving here in West Chester, PA....but, look out when that first nice,warm day comes around.

Could be. Did you get your CE Coupe around last November from Conte's in NJ...?

Bought it in September. Originally from S Jersey and I was up there visiting family. Conte has a nice little operation going on there. That Mosport green 66 he has is awesome. Your ride is sweet, I really wish I could have found an LT4 CE coupe, but they were few and far between and those I did find were $$. Good luck with it, hope the weather breaks soon for some top down motoring for you all.

Thought I recognized your CE. Actually, I took it for a test drive. I decided to buy it...just a little too late. Joe told me he sold it to a "guy in Florida...".

Actually, I'm glad I "missed out" on the car, because not too much later -- right after the first of the year -- Joe called to tell me he had this CE Vert, with an LT4 (the C4 I have wanted for some time now)...and, it had only 21K miles on the clock.

Done deal.

LT4's rule!

I've had two, a black 96, and a 96 GS coupe.

Love the Collector Editions. Fell over in 1995 when I saw one for the first time in the parking lot of a pancake house.:laughing:
