I removed my A/C, but still have the heater core and fan in.. and a rectangle shaped hole in my firewall..

Does anyone have an AC delete cover that goes in the firewall on the engine side?

I need to borrow it to see if it fits the hole, or if I need to remove the A/c fan also..

I will return it in a couple days. I will pay for shipping both ways...

Hoping someone can hep me.. :)

I know it sounds strange, but this worked for me. I removed the A/C box, left the core, and covered the fan location. However, this solution works with the fan in place, and covers the core.

Note, you will have to modify it a bit to accomodate the heater hose inlet and outlet, but that shouldn't be a problem.

...and here it is...

A Chrysler / Dodge TF727 transmission pan.

It's a little dusty and has some cleaning residue showing in the pics.

It did require a tiny bit of work. I trimmed the inboard bolt flange a little bit to clear the engine, and I lined the bottom...there will be a slight overhang where the firewall trails back to make the foot well...with some weather resistant silicon.

But, it works great, and usually no one can tell what exactly it is unless you tell them.
