Hello,

Well just got my car on the road yesterday with its new 357 roller motor with AFR heads, serpentine belt set up, alum radiator and t-56 six speed installed! Car runs/drives awesome only problem my headers hang WAY too low. Every bump my headers or Pypes exhaust are dragging. I am willing to raise the car a little but not that much.

Any help with what headers tuck up nice and tight underneath would be greatly appreciated!

What brand headers are you using now? Your signature lists them as Stainless.

I have always had great luck with Hookers. :thumbsup:

Most all under-car full length headers will be about the same. Only shortys will cure the low clearance. I'm waiting for someone to come up with quality 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 shortys.

The old rusty full lenghts that were on the car when i bought it hardly ever hit!

Can't remember what brand they are bought them years ago and have been in storage. They are stainless and coated.

I could never understand why people buy Pypes systems after all the bitching about fitment on all the corvette sites. :huh:

I've got Hooker now, but my old long tube under car headers where Blackjack and had no clearance issues. :thumbsup:
