I have one headlight that does'nt always want to close. I can close it manually so I don't think the gears are bad. Any ideas.

I'm thinking you may have a bad/dirty connection for the motor. Can you hear the motor running when you turn the headlights on and off?

Have someone turn the lights on and off while you listen for the motor to run.

I am guessing it is the Delrin busings in the motor, they prbably need replacing. I don't think it is the Motor
The motors run because it always opens, does'nt always close tho. :( I was thinking maybe a bad connection.

Hey raid, I thought you and Pat were going to store it for me.
